Application process and calendar

The application procedure depends on your place of residence.

European Union, Switzerland, Andorra, Monaco

If you have or will have a bachelor degree from one of the states from the European Union, or Switzerland, Andorra or Monaco, your application is a three steps process:
  • Online application through E-candidat from mid-march to mid-june
  • Administrative registration from beginning to mid-july and end of august to mid-september (but we advice you to register early!)
  • Choice of courses, this step is done on site after registration

Countries where there is a Campus France office

List of Campus France countries: Algeria, Argentina, Benin, Brasil, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Chile, China, Colombia, the Comoros, Congo, South Korea, Ivory Coast, Egypte, the United States, Gabon, Guinea, India, Indonesia, Iran, Japan, Lebanon, Madagascar, Mali, Mauritania, Mauritius, Morocco, Mexico, Peru, Russia, Senegal, Syria, Taïwan, Tunisia, Turkey, Vietnam.

If you have a bachelor degree from one of the following countries, you need to apply through the “Portail d’Etudes en France” maintained by Campus France. This procedure will facilitate the procedure for the application to a Visa.

  • Online application through Portail d’Etudes en France from early January to mid-march
  • Administrative registration from beginning to mid-july and end of august to mid-september (but we advice you to register early!)
  • Choice of courses, this step is done on site after registration

Other countries

If you have or will have a bachelor degree from another country, please follow the protocol of european countries. You will have to see independently for your Visa with the local French Embassy.
